The spa bathroom, dedicated sauna room and enclosed courtyard come together as an intimate private wellness retreat, designed around comfort and effortless movement. The sauna room features a high-quality Slovenian-made infrared sauna and opens directly to the bathroom, with its shower and WC, and to the courtyard, where the hot tub and loungers are only a few steps away.
The level courtyard connects the house, courtyard kitchen and Mediterranean garden without grass or mud underfoot. Robes, towels, water, tea, dried fruit, hazelnuts and carefully chosen amenities are ready at hand. Sheltered from view yet open to the sky, the space looks onto greenery by day and the stars on clear nights.

Enclosed by the house, mature greenery and a high gate, the wellness courtyard is screened from view while remaining open to the garden and night sky.
