Villa Domenico’s pricing varies by season. The rate applies to short-term rentals per night for up to six guests, with a minimum stay of three nights during high season, when booked directly through this website.

A cleaning fee of €100 per stay applies to bookings of up to three nights but is waived for stays longer than three nights.

The villa can be booked for a maximum of 14 nights at a time. Extensions are possible upon request and availability up to 29 nights.

To confirm a reservation, full payment is required in advance. All payments are non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed, and an additional fee for pets is not available.

Guests booking directly through our website receive the best rate, along with free drinks, free storage for extra travel gear and items (fins, diving masks, suitcases, boots, hiking shoes, etc.) in a dedicated utility room on the property, and a fridge stocked with local products.

A washing machine and an iron are available in the villa for guests to use free of charge. Additionally, laundry and ironing services are available for an extra fee upon request and are performed outside the premises of Villa Domenico.

For an additional fee, guests can also arrange for grocery shopping and delivery. We handle the purchase based on your provided shopping list.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. 

The tourist tax in the amount of € 2,50 (euros) per adult person per day, and € 1,50 (euros) per child between 7 and 18 years per day is not included in the price.
